What king of Lifting Gear can I wear in the USPF???
All IPF Approved Single-ply Powerliifting apparel......The USPF's long and rich History as the US affiliate of the IPF and a desire by the membership to maintain the Equipment standards are the Genesis of this policy.
Can I wear Chuck Taylors..??
YES!!
Can I raise my feet off the Floor while Benching..??
NO....the soles must remain flat ( in contact with the floor)...No tip toes or on the sides.
Will there be a Monolift at my meet..???
It is now legal to have MONOLIFT'S at USPF meets. The lifter must still walk out the weight...it is NOT permissable to operate the Monolift lever to unrack the weight.

They are "START".....and...."RACK".
There is NO Press command.
