We will use Ivanko plates and Eleiko plates on the competition platforms. There will be 4 warmup platforms with 3 of them using pound plates and one platform using Ivanko kilo plates. We'll have two bar loading programs going on two screens. CSS Photo Design will be there to take photos and pictures. They will have two flat screens up on each side of the platforms.

NOTE: YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TO TAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEO TAPE YOUR TRAINING PARTNERS AND FAMILY MEMBERS ONLY. CSS PHOTO DESIGN WILL BE THE OFFICIAL PHOTOGRAPHER AND WILL VIDEOTAPE THE WHOLE MEET AS WELL. I APPRECIATE IF YOU CAN SUPPORT THEM. THANK YOU

For everyone competing, I have been given a 15% discount at the Elephant Bar and North Woods Inn restaurant which are both directly across from the hotel. The Red Robin Restaurant inside the Holiday Inn will also provide 15% off. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  I know good food is important to all lifters. I certainly know it is for me.

The following restaurants are very close and within walking distance to the Holiday Inn:  In and Out Burger, Subway, Starbucks Coffee, El Pollo Loco chicken, and Burger King. The Holiday Inn is 8 miles from Disneyland which is approximately 15 minutes away going south on the 5 freeway for those interested.
