Date & Time: Saturday, May 2, 2009. Lifting starts at 10:00am.
Location: Linton Community Center, 200 College St., Plainfield,
OH, 43836

Sanctioned By: United States Powerlifting Federation,

Eligibility: Anyone 13 years or older. Must have a current USPF
card.
Cards will be available at weigh-in for $30(High School
$15).
Divisions: Teen 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, Junior 20-23, Open, Sub-master
35-39, Master 40-49, 50-59, etc. High School only ($5
card).
Weight Classes: Men: 114,123,132,145,165,181,198,220 242,275,308,308+
Women: 97,105,114,123,132,148,165,181,198,198+
Rules: Division 1; Strict U.S.P.F. rules will be enforced.
Division 2; Strict G.P.C. rules will be enforced.

Awards: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd in each weight class and in each division.
Best lifter in teen, open, and master in Powerlifting and \
Single lift.
Schedule: 24 hour weigh-in if arrangements are made with me.
Early weigh-in Friday from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at meet
site.
Regular weigh-in from 7:00am to 9:00am.
Equipment will be checked at all weigh-ins.
Rules briefing at 9:00am.
Lifting starts at 10:00am.
Entry Fee: $50 for Powerlifting. $25 for Benchpress or Deadlift. $40
for both Benchpress and Deadlift. $20 for each extra
division. Teen lifters, $40 for Powerlifting, $20 for
Benchpress or Deadlift, $30 for both Benchpress and
Deadlift.
Deadline: Entries MUST be postmarked by April 24, 2009. Late
entries Must pay a late fee of $25 cash day of meet.

Yes i do, 1) Apr 3, Ohio Valley Championships in New Martinsville, WV, 2) Jul 10, Patriot Challenge in Parkersburg, WV, 3) Sept, American Record Breakers in New Martinsville, WV, 4) Dec 11, Region 4 Open in Parkersburg, WV.

I am working with Jon Elick getting the inaugural Buckeye Open for cash, at this time we are waiting for date and site confirmation, and shooting for May for the Ohio State Open.  Also in the works is a meet in the Weirton, WV/ Pittsburg, PA area. 

As the new Region 4 Chairman, i will be trying to get meets established in KY, IN, and MI. Plus , also help Lance karabel in IL to help further promote his meets as well.
